Tax Considerations for DAFZA Companies

DAFZA companies must understand UAE tax obligations in 2026:

Corporate Tax: The UAE applies a 9% corporate tax on taxable profits exceeding AED 375,000. However, DAFZA is a designated Qualifying Free Zone.
